The staff that work at the Deli counter need some lessons in customer service. I waited over 5 minutes with no other customers being served while both ladies fluffed around cutting meat and washing up the putting the meat in the fridge. Surely the customer standing there takes priority. Would have expected more from mature workers.
If I could give 0 stars I would the older lady with a short blondish grey bob is highly rude and this isn't the first time being singled out and treated so poorly this is my local and I know now to save the embarrassment never to come here again ild prefer to go to coles or jordan springs this have also put teenagers on show and mothers if I owed this store she would not be working for me I'm a older man with tattoos and every time she singles me out goes through. Just like to deeply thank the staff at Woolworths in Cranebrook. This evening I dropped my bought groceries and the 2litre milk broke and went everywhere. They helped me repack a bag and they cleaned up the large mess a 2litre milk can make. It was embarrassing but I was pleased for the help. Thanks for a great service
Staff are much more approachable than the grumpy lot at Jordan Springs.
