Throughly impressed with the customer service provided to me by Megan. Fantastic worker and a really lovely person.
I went to do my grocery shopping. I asked for trolley to the front end team member named Jess she was so rude to me and denied giving me a trolley. Is that even a customer service?? If they can’t help the customers then what’s the point of working in customer service job. I spoke to the duty manager and he asked the girl to help the customers. She even didn’t bothered to say sorry to me. Doesn’t feel like going to shop in craigieburn central Woolworths again
