Terrible customer services from the lady that was putting loafs out. Doesn't want to offer any help
Terrible experience as they keep Salmon or other products on shelves which is expiring on same day or the next day but charge premium rates to customers. The shocking part was when assistant store manager started justifying this behaviour and said it is normal for woolworths to put expired or nearly expired stuff on shelves. Which is quite disappointing!
Went to go checkout at 11:18am on the 10th Jan and NOT one register open. Only one bloke in self serve and NOBODY in the smoke box. Elderly lady who had a pretty full trolley also needed the register open. I asked the bloke in self serve to open a register and he called a lady down to open it to serve the elderly lady and myself. We should not have to request a register to be opened!!! This is disgusting customer service from management. Customers make all your profits woolworths, seems you keep forgetting that with your rub... read more
