Last Friday I visited the woolies In Craigieburn highlands at around 11 am and had a great experience at the self service checkout counter. I was with my kids and a lovely staff member named "Christine" helped me with my groceries by bringing them to my car when she saw me struggling with my baby. She was super nice and helpful. I am not a regular customer at woolies but now I might shop there more frequently thanks to Christine. All the other staff members at this branch are also lovely and I have never had a bad experience... read more
