I’ve been a regular user of Click & Collect since the COVID days and really appreciate the convenience—especially the dedicated pickup area. However, the experience is consistently let down by the staff managing this section, particularly during my usual pickup window on Sundays between 4pm and 8pm. Can someone fix lighting and price display please. It would be great experience if they take care of cleaning of the premises as well. Some of evening staff requires training/awareness for customer service and consumer laws of this country, its almost impossible to return products with accompanied reciept if they are bad or change of mind within 1 or 2 days of purchase. Poorly managed, mostly unclean.. Trolleys broken (wheels).. Very unlikely of Woolies standards
Terrible customer services from the lady that was putting loafs out. Doesn't want to offer any help
Terrible experience as they keep Salmon or other products on shelves which is expiring on same day or the next day but charge premium rates to customers. The shocking part was when assistant store manager started justifying this behaviour and said it is normal for woolworths to put expired or nearly expired stuff on shelves. Which is quite disappointing!
