Woolworths you just lost a sale on deli ham! Imagine telling the customer (the reason you have a job!) that you can’t get the the deli counter the section you are meant to be staffing at 18:09pm on a Friday night because .. “you are unloading the truck”! Thanks to the young man that actually went to check on the staff member for me, and apologised, but at the same time failed to convince me the same staff member would be there in a few minutes to actually help me!
