There was no woolworths trolley outside in the parking lot to remove my coin.. I had to go all the way inside which is frustrating. And when I told the person at the self checkout that this happened, instead of sending someone to put a trolley outside, they said yeah we know, someone cut that thing off.. and didn’t bother.
The online department at Woolworths Corio is absolutely ridiculous. Their wait times are beyond frustrating — it feels like they have no sense of urgency or care for their customers.
