Prices are terrible, register staff in self serve were rude
We ordered our groceries for a click and collect and Mel/Melissa delivered our order to us and her customer service was second to none. Such a pleasant experience and we will definitely be back! Thanks crazy mel!
Just a little feedback for a busy weekend .. I initially had to ask to 2 chatting staff in self serve if the full service lane was open as no one was there .. when the young male cashier came he was friendly enough but obviously hadn't had enough training on how to pack bags in a way that didn't crush products or tip meat/chicken juice through the bags. sadly today I had to repack 3 of my bags to safely get my purchases home .. I usually have no issues with the store as it is predominantly clean tidy and efficiently maned.
