The customer service is so bad and terrible! Even customer have a receipt to prove that bought it from here. The young female staff said that the manager was not here and there was no way to get refund? What kind of service is this?

DOES NOT COMPLY WITH CONSUMER LAW I was given incorrect advice by a staff member, which directly led to purchasing the wrong product. This was not a “change of mind” — I relied on what I was told, and it was wrong. I returned the item on the same day, unopened with receipt, and was only offered store credit.
