The staff are incredibly rude here. I will be boycotting this entire shop & going to a new one as the staff SUCK.
Have been coming here for 7 years! This Woolworths use to be amazing but over the last 12 months or more it has turned to shit! Deli closed early, shelf's either not re-stocked, or blocking whole aisles while trying to do your shopping. Really don’t enjoy coming to this Woolworths for my shopping anymore! The old staff were great by the way. Most of the new stuff aren’t very good at their jobs
Josh was incredibly helpful today in finding pencil cases on clearance. He went the extra mile to search in the back and even called to inform me that he had located them. I truly appreciate his effort, as they will make fantastic party bags! Both Beccy and Josh demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
Deli staff are always so helpful
Love this Woolies location. Always has fresh produce, full shelves and staff who are friendly and willing to help! Shout out to the Leisa on the check out this morning (4/2 ) who had an older lady yell at her from another checkout while she was serving me who was unhappy about what i don’t know as she didn’t communicate properly other than with attitude and yelling.
