Everytime i do my shopping around 9am they are not ready yet they are so many empty shelves and still unpacking? Here in Brisbane when they open everything is ready! There i asked few times because nothing on the shelves, just wondered!
Shout out to the two amazing women on front end who helped me when I was having a medical episode this morning while checking out on self serve. They saw I was not feeling my best, kept an eye on me and then rushed in like two angels to help. Letting me sit down, catch my breath and stop myself from passing out, scanned and bagged my groceries for me and made sure I was okay. Thank you so much! I wish I grabbed their name, you have no idea how much the kindness means to me

This Woolworths is terrible, staff are rude and dismissive, they all need a good lesson in customer service. Shelves are empty and the "so called" refurbishment has just made the aisles even more confusing. Clean up your act you made so many profits this year instead of the profits going to HQ, employ staff that actually want to be there and have the time to help customers instead of dismissing them. DO BETTER
