Customer service is paramount for me. A huge shout out to Paige who, before she solved my dilemma, was smiling and greeting customers at the self serve checkouts. She obviously loves her job - and people. This is not in my local shopping area but I was hunting for an item on special without success. Paige took the time to sort out the issue and kept her cheerful and helpful attitude throughout. That's what brings customers to a store. Thank you, Paige. You are an asset to your team and to your company.
The fresh produce section is well stocked, but does need more varieties. The store is clean and well planned out. I can always count on Woolies to have my favourites available.

As these cards can be vulnerable to being tampered with or fraudulently used, I was concerned about purchasing them. Zahja... read more
