I was baffled when a recording of me played for the shop attendant to confirm I’m not stealing. Also one person for all those self serve checkouts wasn’t enough. I hate this shop.
Normally this is a great place to shop but lately the vegan/vegetarian section has shrunk and today was full of marked down meat and a puddle of blood. Disrespectful. EDIT: A fortnight on and it's even worse. I normally spend about $200 a fortnight but I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
I was helped by team member Talia today. She went above and beyond to help me with empathy and understanding. She could see I was getting flustered by my situation and helped calm me and help me find a solution. Incredible work ethic Talia. So grateful
