Staff who know nothing about proper customer services! A staff at the self serve machines was peeping at the machines while I make the payment today at noon time. I overheard her saying that she is the store manager and there has been lots of thefts. If there is a concern then Woolies should cancel the self serve rather than putting a staff to look at others while they make a payment.
