went in this store on the 16th nov 25 while on holidays and ive never been treated so rudely. a woman named Donna was so rude i almost walked out. i was trying to make conversation with her and was completely ignored. i also work for woolworths in a tourist store and if we treated customers with such distain id be out of a job. was an awful experiance from the second i walked in the store. will never be back
Worst woolies for Uber deliver... Always take so long to bring orders, staff isn't helpful and just tell you to wait outside without trying to contact their buddies.
Seems the staff not willing to work, they are forced to be here :( . They don't know how to deal with customers and roam around in their own attitude. I was there to collect to Uber delivery and it took me to be there around 35 minutes after accepting the delivery and even after that they kept me waiting for 10 minutes without giving any clue about order that how much it will take more, they behave like we are slaves to them. I suggest management should really get into this and resolve.

Consistently has special stickers on items that expired a few days ago and were not removed. Particularly the chicken skewer cabinet. I frequently have to call them out at checkout on incorrectly priced items. Consistently has short dated meat on display without any kind of sticker. Just tossed out $20 of chicken because I had picked up one pack that was dated 6 Sept and accidentally replaced it with one right beside it that expired August 31.
