I’ve just called them 4 times to enquire about a product and no one picked up the phone.
Very expensive now compared to Coles. Not enough staffed checkouts for the number of customers waiting for them.

Today I was having trouble using a gift card at the self serve checkout and the machine started beeping at me. Before I could even turn to look for help a staff member called Helen came running over to help me. She tried 3 times but it kept getting rejected. I was about to give up and just pay with my card but Helen wasn’t giving up. She pressed a lot of buttons and then put my sale through on another machine and the gift card worked! Helen was very helpful and kind and made a frustrating situation better. Thanks Helen 😊
I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service at this store!! The staff is so rude especially the front of store manager. I had an issue with returning items and was served in such a condescending way. Very upsetting as this store is my local. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
