I shopped at Claremont today as i normally do on a tuesday. Apleasant young man served me but did not knoe how to pack my groceries. I always seperate my items to make it easy for the operators. The young man put all cans in one bag which was so heavy i battled to lift it. He also put grapes in with 2 2 litre bottles of milk. We are overcharged for everthing so these young people should be trained to pack perishables and groceries properly. Also the trolleys need maintenance as the wheels stick and jam on some trolleys. It’s getting better with the new Reno’s, it would have helped to have someone walking around the store as a customer service person directing people to where the products are now, with all the changes being made the elderly are struggling with no idea where things are.
