The food is fresh the staff is nice I come here every day and enjoy the nice prices
A disgrace. Saturday afternoon and not a cashier in site. Shelves a mess. People with lots of shopping and no support. You are damn well kidding yourselves!!! Pick up your act. I am certainly not getting "My Woolies Worth"
Disappointed with Refund Policy and Service I bought the wrong item and was refused a refund staff gave store credit without explanation. It’s not about the money, but the way it was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional. Other supermarkets like COLES offer fairer, more flexible policies. I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on.
