Disappointed with Refund Policy and Service I bought the wrong item and was refused a refund staff gave store credit without explanation. It’s not about the money, but the way it was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional. Other supermarkets like COLES offer fairer, more flexible policies. I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on.
Easy Parking, lots of Parking, ease of walking to Shoos
Went here couple of days ago had bad experience when paying at self checkout with a little problem then asked for help, one of the unfriendly lady with hijab came over with no smile and the way she talk was rude, maybe because I am Asian I guess, never Chullora Woolies again, Best service is ALDI then Coles, especially ALDI's Indulge coffee ice-cream is the best and good price , I can't find any good reason for shop at Woolies again
I bought flowers so bad Quilty I spent $80 not worth able
