Disappointing when you pay a fortune for eye fillet. $26 for 350grms. Definitely not quality steak. Need to bring the butchers back and you see what you are getting instead hidden in packaging.
I’m a delivery driver. Came here for pickup. For customers, there is direct to boot. And for drivers, they have to come inside to pickup. Okay all good, But then when I go inside, and tell him my order..he says do you have the trolley? Getting you a trolley is not drivers job mate. It’s your job to keep the order ready in the trolley. Like you do it for customers. I wonder why you try to make it hard for delivery drivers. If you can’t work without discrimination..then don’t give orders to the drivers. Zero star!! Worst customer services especially the DELI & SELF SERVICE staffs. Replace them all & retrain!! The deli staff will always shout at customers yelling No discount for the roast chicken no matter 8pm or 10pm. They keep the chickens for themselves to take home!! Self checkout staffs are rude not helpful no smile. Worst Woolies branch!! Go to COLES from now.
