Dirty, poorly managed, disorganised, and frequently out of stock. The display boards at the entrance of each aisle rarely reflect the actual products available. For example, items such as canned vegetables, pesticides, and organic foods are not listed on the main boards, forcing customers to search through multiple aisles to find them. While small signs for these products are placed within the aisles, they are not shown on the main aisle display boards.
Always out of stock on what I need
I use to do my grocery shopping online, got charged twice so I reported it and they refunded it, just to take it back out my acc a couple days later. I then contacted my bank and got it refunded from there. Since then everytime I place an online order from the app, it goes through then I get an email saying my order was cancelled without an explanation. What on earth is that all about?? Anyways that’s why I use Cole’s now. Also the quality of the strawberries absolutely horrible, always either mouldy or smashed up looking.
