Literally one of the worst Woolworths in the area of Sydney, price gouging on almost all items by at least 1 dollar or more, also when ever I go there to buy stuff half the time the items are never on the shelves but according to their website it's in stock. Useless absolutely poor ethics here at Chester Hill Woolworths. I reccomend going too Fairfield or Bass Hill

When I initially asked to speak with a store manager, one of the employees directed me to the front desk. Upon approaching the front desk, I spoke with Mona, who informed me that I may need to wait anywhere from half an hour to an hour. I just spoke to someone claiming to be named “Sue” over the phone who was the rudest person ever. My recent interaction with her regarding a spoiled meat return was extremely disappointing and frankly, quite rude. Despite the product being well within its expiry date and having just been purchased, Sue abruptly and rudely informed me that a return was not possible due to presumed lack of refrigeration on the way home. I watched a woman run away with a trolley full of stolen stock. Time to beef up your security. It shouldn’t be that easy to steal stuff.
