Poor Customer Service – Pricing Issue Handled Rudely I had a disappointing experience at Woolworths Cherrybrook Village. A product scanned at a higher price than what was marked on the shelf. I showed a photo of the price label, but the staff member didn’t believe me and spoke in a very rude and dismissive way, saying “I know my terms and conditions” in an aggressive tone. Lady in charge of checkout talking with front customer for prolonged period of time about her personal issues .As my wife and I where next in line she started scanning but realised she had gone a minute over here stop time she walked out in the middle of her scanning of our stuff and passed it to a young lad to take over.The young lad accidentally charged us twice for only one product.This would not of happened if she just finished of the Scanning without walking out in the middle of it.We do not blame the lad in any way as ... read more
This has to be the worst run/managed Woolies store in Australia. Been coming here for 18 years out of necessity but it’s getting worse. The bakery section is a complete joke, you can be there at 9.45am and the bread still isn’t on the shelves. Sometimes they don’t make baguettes, when they do some are burnt, half covered in seeds (which I’m sure is illegal). Then they keep moving things around.
