I think they need to re-educate the staff about returns and exchanges. The blender I bought here broke down after 2 months so I asked for a refund or exchange. The young staff member told me that Woolworths does not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days. I looked up Woolworths return or exchange policy online and showed it to the staff and the manager came and asked me unnecessary questions. Questions like how often I used it annoyed me. Still the most reliable Woolworths in this area (and there's a few of them). Decent sized store, pleasant staff, always kept well stocked. Pity about the capital, but that's not their fault
