Just home from shopping at this store Terrible customer service from a staff member, He was filling up flavoured milk. And we were just up from him-and noticed Woolworths 3 litre milks had 2 days left in them So waited until he stood up and asked if he could check out back for 2 with better dates please, grumping he push passed us and proceeded to pull out bottles in fridge looking at back for a better date, and i had already checked, Then he went out back got 2 with way better dates and put them in fridge in an awkward plac... read more
I just came back from Woolworths after doing some grocery shopping. I paid with my card and then asked if I could change a $100 note into twenties. The older female staff member looked annoyed and even checked to see if my note was counterfeit. Then she gave me fifties and tens instead, even though I clearly saw they had plenty of smaller notes. When I asked if she could change the fifty into smaller notes, she reacted with visible irritation before finally doing it. I’m not sure what exactly made her upset, but her attitude... read more

Old lady at the checkouts when I was there yesterday lunchtime (28/8/25) wasn’t very nice, she looked at everyone as if they were stealing and ignored me while my checkout thing needed staff assistance to stare down multiple other people. was like I was talking to a wall. She also stared down these young parents with a very judgemental look. Don’t know if she was just daydreaming or what but it was negative vibes. The worst service at this Woolworths. I order for direct to boot. I advised them I was 5 minutes away, I arrive, sat there in the Bay for 15 minutes, so my partner goes up to see where it was and it's just sitting in the Help Booth. No one cared, just handed it over with no apology other than blame me for not letting them know I was there. So I ring to ask where Lily was, cause apparently she was coming on her way, according to the app! The male who answered just hung up! Not impressed. Very bad service Woolworths.
