Frustrating, minimal staffed checkouts and now the self service check outs have limited access due to monitoring use per 1 attended due to theft. If woolworths don't want to pay humans to man checkouts then have the decency to man the self service checkouts with appropriate staffing levels.
One of the young staff members (Zak) was an exceptional and helpful worker. He helped me with showing where certain products were and we had a good chat. Thanks Zak!!!!!!
i asked the young boy at the deli where i can find tomato sauce when i saw him shadowboxing a ham and refused to serve me, happily i was approached by zak who directed me around the store and showed me very nicely any grocerie that i couldnt find myself, zak proceeded to ask me about my day and lightne my week. i really appreciate seeing the young generation as grateful for there customers and as kindhearted as zak. i will definitely be coming back to this store.
Woolworths Chatswood hills always stuffs up my delivery order. If it’s not every week it’s every second week! They are just incompetent. Honestly at this point I will be shopping with Coles. Sometimes we have to pick up our order as well defeats the whole purpose of delivery. This store needs a compliance and operations check.
