Bad service staff member was quite rude to me at service desk. Extremely long wait times for checkout at times with hardly any service lanes open.

I returned a box of protein bars as I purchased the wrong ones which were $3.75. I asked to be refunded but no, I was told I could only get a gift voucher!! Madness at it's best! Understaffed (long lines at the checkout( as there is often only 1 open) and no room in the self serve if multiple trolleys are being used. Looking forward to Coles opening in the Spring Farm Complex
