The Guy name Gagan, in the deli section keep talking non stop with his wonderful mates, not bother to serve us. I like the way woolworths teach their stuff to do stuff
It was truly a horrible experience. I had only paid for three items, but during the process of putting them into my bag, one small item accidentally scanned again. Since I didn’t receive a receipt, a staff member accused me, and I had to show my banking app to prove that I had already paid. However, she refused to listen and insisted that I hadn’t paid. As a young family doing our usual Sunday grocery shop at Woolworths Chadstone, we were extremely disappointed by the conduct of the staff member in charge of the online section. While making our way out, we unfortunately had to witness her loudly reprimanding her team in front of customers. The yelling was so harsh and disruptive that it stood out immediately—something we would only expect if a customer was causing serious trouble, not as part of internal staff management. Honestly every time I have had direct to boot it’s taken minimum 20 minutes and one time I waited 40 mins. I’ve complained to the store and head office and nothing seems to be changing. I don’t understand. It’s not even busy and it takes a lifetime for them to bring it out. Then 4/5 times I get home and there’s items missing. Please do better. Staff said it’s due to the elevators. New store should be a really smooth process.
never go there for direct to boot pickup ..because always there are taking a 35 minutes and long wait …
