Extremely volatile customer service. Today I saw two men who claimed to be undercover police, drag a young woman around the store while she screamed “let me go” the two burly men had no idea how to calm the young woman down and as she screamed, her legs dragged on the ground while they stretched her arms and had her in a monkey pose. Myself and another woman realised this was not right so we went over to ask the “police” to let her go.
