Much better service then Coles down the road. Clean and convenient... dont have to pay for the trolleys... usually they have checkouts open
Very disappointed in customer service with the self serve checkout assistant, 2nd time now I have felt belittled, this time I had a slight issue to donate money, needed help, she was very rude, arrogant, with no customer service skill. Before hand was another Muslim lady serving us, she demanded to check my wife’s bag, but doesn’t check the foreigner behinds bag, noticed only as I had to go to main checkout after for smokes, called her out on this behaviour and was told it was procedure to everyone, apparently not, only if y... read more
Absolutely disgusting customer service. One of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had at Woolworths. The way I was spoken to and treated by staff was completely unacceptable, rude and humiliating. Customers should not have to walk out of a store feeling uncomfortable, embarrassed and disrespected because of the way staff choose to treat them.
