It would appear that Woollies do not want to have staff talking to customers on the phone as they use an AI assistant who struggles to understand what is said to them and when they finally say " I will put you through" the phone rings out and disconnects. Customer service 2026 at Woollies.
Most of the 'fresh' food is old and wiltered or completely unripe, while being sold at a high price. They don't stock a full range and many gf or df options are not available.. Buy from your local farmer or aldi.
