I have had multiple issue's with disrespectful staff at this store and after reading some of the reviews i am not surprised, i have complained to management and middle management about the conduct of there staff, pulling faces behind my back rude finger gestures behind my back and heckling aswell, totally disrespectful and un professional behaviour. Dear Woolworths Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding an incident that occurred at your Woolworth Casey Central store on 2nd of July 2025 My friend and I were shopping with our 2 small children at this location when we were followed throughout the entire store by two individuals who we later understood to be undercover loss prevention staff.
