The self serve checkout layout needs to be updated. Should be more checkouts. Currently is it not very user friendly. Barely enough space to fit, and in an awkward shape. Also why is there so much stuff on the floor randomly throughout the store. Things at the end of each aisle on the floor make it hard to move throughout the store.
Constantly out of stock for deliveries... Absolutely appalling.. whoever does stock intake isn't doing their job!!

I usually shop at Woolworths Carseldine, but lately the store has been disappointing. Many shelves are left with empty boxes sitting where products should be, which makes the place look messy and unorganised. What’s more concerning is the attitude of some of the younger staff. When replenishing stock, they often seem unbothered about presentation or customer experience — stacking carelessly or leaving things half-done.
