I usually shop at Woolworths Carseldine, but lately the store has been disappointing. Many shelves are left with empty boxes sitting where products should be, which makes the place look messy and unorganised. What’s more concerning is the attitude of some of the younger staff. When replenishing stock, they often seem unbothered about presentation or customer experience — stacking carelessly or leaving things half-done. Don’t bother with the direct to boot… waited 20 minutes of trying to get someone’s attention and then gave up and left.
Worst direct boost experience, the guy just keep staring to me and did nothing. What’s the point to working? Supposed to be say something or act.
Just a wonderful store full of helpful, friendly staff. Love Woolworths, especially this one. 😃
