Clean and neat
The night manager here was a real piece of work, she was very unpleasant and rude, with no care towards customers at all, I would add the B word but i'll keep it civil. I went through with a very nice and helpful guy at the checkout. Once checking my receipt as i was walking out, realised that a mix and match deal for chicken tendies had not applied (due to misleading signage in the chicken isle and me grabbing a product that was NOT mix and match). Imagine you have a full trolley. Not one of the good old-fashioned trolleys that can hold an actual grocery shop, but one of the fancy little trolleys this store provides, which holds roughly half as much. The trolley is full to the brim, and you are carrying several additional items in your hands.
