I’d like to give a special mention to “VARUN” one of the staff members in the checkout section. He have helped me on a couple of occasions and have always gone out of his way to be friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. It makes a big difference when staff take the time to assist with a positive attitude. Thank you for your excellent customer service!
I had an uncomfortable experience at Woolworths Carlton when a staff member at the self-checkout area questioned the items I had in my trolley from another store (clearly marked with Coles branding). Even after I showed the receipt, another staff member was called over to check again. It felt unnecessary and could have been handled more professionally.
