Click and collect always having issues on pick up, delayed and I have to cal them up from the waiting bay time and time again to hurry them up. Communication obviously is lacking between the front of house and the pickers. Sick of the many times that our delivery items are missing! Very inconvenient! They say there’s nothing they can do they refund the money but that doesn’t help when you need the items.
