I was recently in this store on a Sunday afternoon. I come across two staff members who were outstanding. The girl who was doing the online, went out of her way to help me find an item in aisle six. And a young man who had long dark hair, tall, lanky and very handsome also helped me fine an item. I must say it is very impressive these days that these people young went out of their way to help an oldie like me. These two youngsters are definitely a credit to your team.

The staff are great, but one area lets you down significantly. The availability of trollys. I have had to go to Coles on numerous occasions as there are no trollys available at the store. It is annoying to arrive and find the trolly bay empty.

Placed a online order on the 4th of March, was missing a whole bunch of items that we got charged for. Certains items were substituted that are completely different items than what we ordered, some item were refunded that could of easily been substituted like lettuce. First time we have had issues with online ordering.
