Brought food home and it was rotten and out of date could not get through as no 9ne answered the phone, don't go there this is not the first time
First time I've had to rate a woolies. Had an interesting experience where a lady in the self check out counter I dealt with had no understanding of what customer service is. When I needed assistance, instead of being helpful she was rudely explaining that I can't take a basket to my car and return it (which I was not aware of) she just stared at me stating until I asked her whys that and how I was expected to then take my groceries out. Courier staff very slow and unhappy.
The Capalaba centre crew are awesome. I don't know every ones names but Alice Cam Rod they are A1. Cheers guys.
