Shit customer service, doesn’t want to understand what customer is looking neither let them talk, 3 staff stairs at you for one inquiry and when the manager refuses to refund the credit started laughing at the counter and manager is rude as hell, staff doesn’t how to do anything and doesn’t treat people in a nice way at all. Talked in a very Racist manner too and was not helpful at all

I accidentally left a shopping bag with many other shopping bags inside it at this store. I went back within 24 hours, but there was no sign of my bags. I returned again a couple of days later, hoping my bags might have turned up. I was told they would have been thrown out, as they weren't collected quickly enough! Some of these bags were gifts to me, others were bought my me, and it included mesh bags for fruit and veg. Really disappointing that my property was thrown out by Woolworths Canterbury Gardens.
