Previous reviews about the deli and seafood counters often being unattended have been made a reality - they've been removed. Replaced by a row of fridges. A few manned checkouts removed for click and collect storage. Not that they were ever staffed anyway. Often when I go in the staff that are there talk amongst themselves or video call on their phone. Poor communication with home delivery! Multiple bags not delivered and AI didn’t help, phone rang out. Also strange list of items they don’t stock when in store. I use for work home and now will not use delivery again!
