I was having a challenging day and at Cannon Hill Woolworths I asked 3 different staff members where 3 different items were and all were polite helpful and friendly and showed me the items. Then I accidently left my phone in the trolley that I returned to the trolley bay. Drove home and unpacked groceries...no phone, so I raced to the trolley bay and found Michael who was taking trolleys back to the store.
