I would like to publicly commend the staff for their quick thinking, team work and decisive action this afternoon. In particular, the gentleman who appeared to be the manager (as it was mentioned the store doesn't have security) who responded immediately, stepping in with the professionalism and authority of highly trained security during the at altercation. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at the Woolworths Cannon Hill store. Before making the trip, I did everything you would expect a customer to do to make sure an item was actually available. I called the store directly, and the staff told me the item was in stock. To double-check, another Woolworths store also looked it up in their system and confirmed that Cannon Hill had 10 units available. I ordered a crackling pork from Cannon Hill Deli to be collected on Christmas Eve. When I arrived there it was to discover they don’t take orders. It must have been a newbie. Deeply grateful to Evan, Carin and Tammy in the Deli who cooked one especially for me. Very generous Christmas spirit. Thank you both so much! Jayne
