Stop being so tight and actually open up the checkout’s. Nobody wants to do a full family shop and run it through your stupid little self serve areas. I generally feel sorry for the poor ground staff just because a manager is trying to make a name for themselves. Remember “Service wins every time”

I shop here 3 days a week for the last 7years and it's always been fantastic. But not today. I was at the check out 3 I think from memory, I was standing there a good 5mins, the young girl on shift (Lexi she said her name was, she had no name tag on so can't say if this is correct or not} she was the rudest person I have ever come across in my life, she not once acknowledged me or turned her head my way, she was standing there playing with her coins in the till.
