Zero stars if I could just like the other reviews below. There is a photo of the older staff member in another review. She was extremely rude and particularly disrespectful toward people of colour. They deliberately walked past me as if they didn’t see me, bumped into me and then muttered as though they were the victim. ⭐ Zero stars if I could - this store does not deserve even one star. 2:54 pm, Wednesday 05/08/2026. I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with the customer service staff. The staff at the checkout counter were unfriendly and unwelcoming. On multiple occasions, I observed what appeared to be a difference in how customers were treated based on their skin colour. In particular, people with brown or darker skin seemed to receive less courteous and respectful service than other customers. This created an uncomfortable and disappointing experience. My last visit was on Tuesday 28/07/2026 at around 11 am.
