⭐ Zero stars if I could - this store does not deserve even one star. 2:54 pm, Wednesday 05/08/2026. I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with the customer service staff. I purchased a Jalapeño & Cheese croissant that was completely burnt on the bottom, so I went to customer service to request a refund. The staff at the checkout counter were unfriendly and unwelcoming. On multiple occasions, I observed what appeared to be a difference in how customers were treated based on their skin colour. In particular, people with brown or darker skin seemed to receive less courteous and respectful service than other customers. This created an uncomfortable and disappointing experience. My last visit was on Tuesday 28/07/2026 at around 11 am.

Disgraceful customer service at Woolworths Canelands. After purchasing three items totalling around $11 through the self-serve checkout, I was treated like a criminal despite staff watching me scan my Rewards card and complete payment with my bank card. As I approached the exit, the gate remained closed. Instead of assisting or simply asking to see my receipt, both employees ignored me completely.
