Thank you to the really lovely delivery order number 306706459 man today. I am disabled and the delivery man was so kind to place my groceries where I asked him to. Disgusting behaviour from a service counter attendant today at 9:30am attempted to speak to her multiple times and she ignored me and proceeded to serve other customers who just walked up to the otherside of the counter even though I was waiting 10 mins. Walks away half way through the interaction without finishing with me to serve another customer and had to ask for help from another staff member. Do not rude staff on the service counter. Do better.
The redesign of the cashiers is so counterintuitive The speed till with the cigarettes etc should not be funneled back into the self service people. This new system is a falls risk that just doesn’t need to happen. Just let the express customers get out the door quickly
