Disgusting behaviour from a service counter attendant today at 9:30am attempted to speak to her multiple times and she ignored me and proceeded to serve other customers who just walked up to the otherside of the counter even though I was waiting 10 mins. Walks away half way through the interaction without finishing with me to serve another customer and had to ask for help from another staff member. Do not rude staff on the service counter. Do better.
The redesign of the cashiers is so counterintuitive The speed till with the cigarettes etc should not be funneled back into the self service people. This new system is a falls risk that just doesn’t need to happen. Just let the express customers get out the door quickly
Every time I’ve arrived to pickup my direct to boot order, one or two of the allocated spaces have been taken by people not using the service. I approached the woolies staff about this and they said they don’t address it anymore as it was too hard/difficult. This is very disappointing as parking at the other end of the car park to pickup your groceries isn’t good enough
