Very wrong marketing tactics really unsupported
very good service with a highly motivated team very good stock as well
Had a really good click and collect experience. Everything either provided or supplemented with something better. Fruit and veges super fresh. Definitely better than Coles & the other local Woolworths
Physical store at Calamvale forgot to hand me all my frozen items during CLICK AND COLLECT, rendering me having to drive back to the said store all the way from home on my own time and money. I called the call centre and got banned for THEIR mistake. I only contacted the store for the compensation AFTER you banned my account WRONGLY. I told the manager at store I wanted digital gift card and NOT physical card But she said she couldn't achieve it . GET YOUR STORE RIGHT BEFORE YOU ACCUSE PEOPLE OF DEFRAUDING YOU.
