Worst customer service and extremely rude.The elderly ladies in that store need some good customer service training.
No sanitiser to wipe our trolleys With the flus going around this should be a priority for Woolworths
Horrible experience, the queue at check out almost reaches the end of the store, the checkout lady Mia was the slowest one I ever seen. Even that slow still no greeting no smile.
Very disappointed with Woolworths Calamvale. I called ahead to specifically check if the deli was open and was told it would be open until 8pm. Drove all the way there only to be told it was already closed. Absolute waste of time and incredibly frustrating. If you can’t give accurate info over the phone, don’t bother answering. Not good enough.
