Today the lady who is supposed to assist at the self checkout is intimidating! Her way of talking is quite rude with obviously unhappy face, maybe she had one of those bad days, but the way she almost yelled at me was really intimidating. This store needs better customer service training.
I was visiting my daughter in calamvale recently and want to acknowledge Thomas in the deli (seafood section @ 7-15pm)..I received friendly customer service and he went out of his way to help me.. good job & awesome person!
Worst customer service and extremely rude.The elderly ladies in that store need some good customer service training.
