I experienced poor customer service from one of the supervisors, Gail. She refused to process a return for a Woolworths-brand table salt that was still sealed in its original packaging. The reason given was that the item was a substitution from an online order, and she stated that online purchases cannot be returned in store and must be processed online. She continued to argue this point and, furthermore, left the checkout without resolving the issue.
5 stars for the health and safety and layout of the store. However the staff are so unfriendly and unfortunately an unprofessional approach, in between the aisle can’t find anyone to assist, and when they do very limited information . Could definitely could be more attentive especially at the front desk and counters where customers are paying.
I collected my online order on Friday, only to get home and receive the least fresh radishes that i have ever seen, they were so soft that they were drooping. When i returned them the next day I also purchased some strawberries, as i was scanning the strawberries the lid popped open only to reveal a sponge like texture on top, looking closely it was mould. Disappointing to say the least considering the price they are charging.
Got an olive oil and the tag mentioned as $9 but they charged me $15. Spoke to a staff( a nice young lady in the self check out area) and she fixed it and gave me in $9 as the item was wrongly placed.. Such a humble staff.
Lovely clean store, staff nice enough. Easy to access (no going into a larger shopping centre) car park is large and not the best if needing to park close but ample. Recently had their click and collect upgraded and is much easier to use now.
