Lovely clean store, staff nice enough. Easy to access (no going into a larger shopping centre) car park is large and not the best if needing to park close but ample. Recently had their click and collect upgraded and is much easier to use now.
5 stars for the health and safety and layout of the store. However the staff are so unfriendly and unfortunately an unprofessional approach, in between the aisle can’t find anyone to assist, and when they do very limited information . Could definitely could be more attentive especially at the front desk and counters where customers are paying.
I’m not one for reviews I was on a trip and stopped by woolies in byford for the first time it was a lovely nice store with helpful staff.. guy at the front desk was super friendly and chatty, watched him help a elderly lady on a cart load her shopping which was very nice. I don’t know his name as i’m not from the area but he had brown fluffy hair and scorpion tattoo that i really liked Id be happy if I lived Nearby
Got an olive oil and the tag mentioned as $9 but they charged me $15. Spoke to a staff( a nice young lady in the self check out area) and she fixed it and gave me in $9 as the item was wrongly placed.. Such a humble staff.
Of all the ridiculous, ridiculously high prices I've seen in specialty food, I expect good quality in return. Woolworth deliver none of it. This purchase was absolutely repulsive. The product was disgusting. The taste was as if I had just eaten an ant or an insect.
