Lovely clean store, staff nice enough. Easy to access (no going into a larger shopping centre) car park is large and not the best if needing to park close but ample. Recently had their click and collect upgraded and is much easier to use now.
I’m not one for reviews I was on a trip and stopped by woolies in byford for the first time it was a lovely nice store with helpful staff.. guy at the front desk was super friendly and chatty, watched him help a elderly lady on a cart load her shopping which was very nice. I don’t know his name as i’m not from the area but he had brown fluffy hair and scorpion tattoo that i really liked Id be happy if I lived Nearby
Got an olive oil and the tag mentioned as $9 but they charged me $15. Spoke to a staff( a nice young lady in the self check out area) and she fixed it and gave me in $9 as the item was wrongly placed.. Such a humble staff.
I experienced poor customer service from one of the supervisors, Gail. She refused to process a return for a Woolworths-brand table salt that was still sealed in its original packaging. The reason given was that the item was a substitution from an online order, and she stated that online purchases cannot be returned in store and must be processed online. She continued to argue this point and, furthermore, left the checkout without resolving the issue.
Of all the ridiculous, ridiculously high prices I've seen in specialty food, I expect good quality in return. Woolworth deliver none of it. This purchase was absolutely repulsive. The product was disgusting. The taste was as if I had just eaten an ant or an insect.
