Drew at the service desk is always super helpful. He always helps me find what I’m looking for and helps lifts heavy items into my trolley since I can’t lift them myself as i’m disabled. Really kind and genuine young man

Some customer services are very rude 😒. I had already scanned some items and realised that I had forgotten 1 item. I asked one wonderful lady if I could quickly go and get it and the lady said yes and imagine i didn't even take 2 minutes because i was checking my phone time. When i came back there was a different lady. This rude lady tells me that next time I should not take long. I wonder if she wanted me to be superman and fly around the shop to get the item next time I come and forget an item, you better be ready to go ... read more

Absolutely appalling service from Woolworths Byford. I scheduled my grocery delivery to arrive by 6:30pm, which was clearly confirmed. Only to receive a last-minute update telling me it would now arrive between 8:58pm and 9:58pm. Completely unacceptable. I go to bed by 9pm because I have a job that requires me to be up at 5am every morning. I just want to write some kind words about the beautiful staff at Woolworths Byford, with one in particular. I had a lovely experience with Xena in customer service yesterday. Even though the store was busy and just about to close, my shopping bag tore and everything fell onto the floor. Without a moment’s hesitation, Xena stepped in to help—she picked up the bread rolls and the ripped bag as my hands were full. She then ran back to the bakery section to replace the rolls for me. Did Direct to Boot, ran a few errands, only to get home and find a bag of meats and fridge items missing- the lady said everything was in the bags. Called them to ask them to check where the bag was and it was like I was asking for them to go to the moon and back. The bag was there, and I had to literally beg them to have my brother pick up the bag as he lives so close. Their excuse that they couldn't even wait 10min as soon as the clock hit 5pm.
