I’m not one for reviews I was on a trip and stopped by woolies in byford for the first time it was a lovely nice store with helpful staff.. guy at the front desk was super friendly and chatty, watched him help a elderly lady on a cart load her shopping which was very nice. I don’t know his name as i’m not from the area but he had brown fluffy hair and scorpion tattoo that i really liked Id be happy if I lived Nearby
Got an olive oil and the tag mentioned as $9 but they charged me $15. Spoke to a staff( a nice young lady in the self check out area) and she fixed it and gave me in $9 as the item was wrongly placed.. Such a humble staff.
Of all the ridiculous, ridiculously high prices I've seen in specialty food, I expect good quality in return. Woolworth deliver none of it. This purchase was absolutely repulsive. The product was disgusting. The taste was as if I had just eaten an ant or an insect. I collected my online order on Friday, only to get home and receive the least fresh radishes that i have ever seen, they were so soft that they were drooping. When i returned them the next day I also purchased some strawberries, as i was scanning the strawberries the lid popped open only to reveal a sponge like texture on top, looking closely it was mould. Disappointing to say the least considering the price they are charging.
Can only get $200 cash out with a purchase. No atm nearby. Liquor store only had bogan booze. Cane another time for click and collect and the bays were taped off with no signs as to alternate solution had to park and go in which defeats the purpose of click and collect, staff were clueless also.
