For starters Fresh produce basic foods like red potatoes not available / manderines OFF rotten and smell disgusting / lettuce poor quality but they want u to pay full price No stock checks or marked down products on best before date but old stock Not enough bread baked so shelves empty Specials not available due to no one restocking shelves FILTHY Self serve registers absolutely disgraceful Compared to COLES in Yanchep this Woolworths in Butler needs more staff and management who can do the job to ensure a better standard fo... read more

I went to the store for a dustpan kit. I went to the 12 items or less check out. The lady on the register started serving me and the Manager came up. I said,"Hello" and she blurted out to the lady serving" Why are you serving her, she should be on self serving checkout". The lady serving said"I don't know. And the Manager said"You're the boss". So rude.

I would like to thank the store manager Roscoe for coming to my help today... my daughter fell asleep in my arms while shopping and he promptly came and offered his support to unpacked my trolley on the till, they then staff repacked my trolley and offered support to the car. Its the small things that mean the world to a mum. Thank you again to everyone who helped
