Today Wednesday at around 4:50 PM, I had a very unpleasant experience at the butcher section of Woolworths Bullcreek. I politely requested 4kg of chicken breast. The staff member the indian lady who served me responded in an irritated tone, loudly repeating “4kg.” She then retrieved the chicken from the cool room, packed it, and handed it to me in a rough and dismissive manner. Couldn't find the hotcross buns I wanted and as I was leaving, a staff member (didn't catch her name but the shorter blonde and working Wed arvo) went out of her way just to get me the one I was looking for 11/10 service, legends 👍👍

Absolutely appalling customer service and food quality at Woolworths Bull Creek. I purchased chicken that still had 2–3 days left on the use-by date, yet when I opened it at home the smell was overwhelming and clearly off. This is meant to be fresh food — completely unacceptable.
