Went to Woolworths, brown's plains this morning, I asked the man in the bakery if I could buy just one bread roll. Us oldies don't always buy in bulk, he said, " no stopped with covid," I said another Woolworths allows us to buy one only, he just gave me a filthy look and walked off, such amazing customer service NOT. He then threw something down and carried on with his baking. This shop refuses to give refund or even a shop credit for a Woolworths brand brown rice 🤔 just because I didn't have the receipt! I can understand if it is a different brand, but what the heck the package shows clearly it is Woolworths!!! So inconsiderate especially for someone who always shops there. Only for a few dollars, this shop cannot provide a credit back 😔
