What's going on with their direct to boot? We've been waiting for 30 min, no one answering the phone, other customers have gone in to talk to the workers. All while it being school pick up time. Very stressful
Extremely rude staff member scanning our groceries, swearing at my missus and had her in tears. The Staff member was named Debbie and covered in shitty jail tattoos.
Waiting to pay. Plenty of staff picking orders but not many registers open. It seems they are pushing customers towards delivery or direct to boot pickup but it just makes me want to shop elsewhere. If I could put zero stars I would.

A lady in click and collect section. I came in around 4. A lady wearing pink vest being very rude and arrogant. But serve every customer after me but not serving me. And when i ask why it takes so slow, she replied with short staffed and saying i have no rights to question her why is it taking so slow.
