I recently returned a product at Woolworths because the almonds I bought smelled different and didn’t taste fresh. The return process itself was handled, but I was disappointed with the way I was treated at the checkout. When the staff member gave my change, the coins were dropped into my hand in a careless way that felt disrespectful. The staff member’s name was Aman. I believe customers should be treated with basic courtesy, and I hope the store can improve the customer service experience.
