Profiled and had goods confiscated ( a single laundry detergent) by checkout staff at 1338 hrs. Was said the onus to prove the item was on me, they can accuse as ' We sell same item as well'! Had to go back, reprint the receipt and bring back to prove the item was mine. Didn't cared to check the cameras of my entry to the store before being accused and goods confiscated. I would like to make a formal complaint about a staff member at the Woolworths Broadmeadows store who works in the self-service area. I believe her name is Camera. Last week, my son and I shopped at the store and had a valid receipt that qualified us to receive the promotional gift. We didn’t notice the sign saying the gifts were out of stock. I had a very unsatisfactory experience today around 1:00 PM. I intended to purchase a Disney Ooshies collection for my three-year-old son, a transaction valued at $70. However, the female staff member I interacted with responded rudely, stating, "We don't have stock," when I inquired about the item. Her demeanor was unprofessional, and I found her conduct to be quite disrespectful, especially considering the monetary value of my intended purchase.
