Came in earlier and didn’t have the best experience with a lady serving me at the front desk. However, when I returned, I was assisted by a lovely lady, who I believe was the front desk manager and she completely turned the experience around. She was genuinely apologetic and an absolute pleasure to speak with. Her professionalism and level of understanding were very much appreciated.
The Deli staff are absolutely lovely, came in with a client (aged care) on the 25/09/2025, and the ladies that served us had exceptional & efficient customer service, soo very sweet. Thankyou and God Bless💓.
Woman working at the self checkout today ( had tatoos and glasses) was very rude. Don't work customer service if you have no patience or respect for others.
