You guys clearly can't handle uber or online order so why continue to offer them. Orders never ready and rude staff just ignore customers and drivers at the door. Pathetic

Around 2 PM today, a very rude girl (whose name I will mention later) who works outside the student pick-up area terrified my children in the car. She frightened them, hit them, banged on the car windows repeatedly, and demanded I leave the parking spot because it was reserved for this awful store. There were other empty spaces available. This message is for the manager of this disgusting place so he can take the necessary action against them. I will never shop at this store again.

The Woolworths Bonnyrigg employees Anita and another Indian/Fijian man that worked at the Direct to Boot of the Woolworths Bonnyrigg was extremely unprofessional, rude and hostile towards Uber delivery people as well as to customers in attempting to pick up online orders. I arrived as the first and only person at the Direct to Boot pick up but the woman named Anita falsely claimed that she had other orders to prepare even though there weren't any other people that had arrived to pick up orders.
