Woolworths is generally great and in Blackwood staff are awesome
I have put in a formal complaint about Michael to higher ups. Maybe you should treat all your staff better if you want them to perform to your expectations. The way these staff are treated are absolutely appalling, even worse half of them are teenagers. Instead of actively looking to see if they are doing something wrong, maybe ACTIVELY look for some tips on how to manage a store. Maybe then this store wouldn’t be so mediocre.
