Nice atmoshere. Good variety of products
Self checkout staff member really unfriendly. It’s important to have friendly staff when the machines think you’re stealing at the tiniest thing. Left with a really sour taste in my mouth, won’t come to this one again.
Very poor customer service, rude staff and messy store.
Express check out constantly closed when I visit. 1 serviced check out open create queuing. Not interested in self service check out. I woyld rather visit birkdale iga and get service. If I need more specific things drive to iga cleveland who stock them. Price never beats great service and you are rarely much cheaper.
I went in on a saturday morning to see if woollies had the same ingredients as coles & I couldn’t find what I wanted so I left but as I was leaving I saw the staff watching me & overheard something about trespassing.
