The Indian gate women at the self serve this morning was rude and unhelpful, pls get someone else that likes their job.
I had a very disappointing experience at Woolworths today. The older lady working at the self checkout was extremely rude and made me feel that i am doing somethingwrong. The way I was treated felt discriminatory and came across as racist. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their background. I hope Woolworths looks into this matter and reminds all staff to provide respectful and equal customer service.
