I really can't stand this store. Often the meat section has very little in it. They never have more than 1 checkout open, they just have people standing there watching you do it yourself. The self checkout area is designed so trolleys roll away from you. It's just a pain in the butt store. Try Coles, they always have more actual staffed checkouts open. Even Aldi checks out your groceries for you.
I wasn't surprised to read the most recent review about staff at the self-checkout. My husband and I had an unfortunate encounter with one of them this morning at around 11:45am. We purchased two identical items (quick sale) and one scanned incorrectly, as it was missing the barcode. No greeting from the staff member, just an audible sigh as she approached us. Staff member at self checkout was mumbling nasty comments about me under her breath to another employee. Should be more careful of what employees say about customers with others around:)
