Good prices online shopping great excellent service on boot shopping
almost always feel profiled here even when im in for two seconds. really sucks when i’ve been coming here for years AND as a worker in the centre
I'm here to complain not about the in- store service bit the direct-to-boot service. I've lived in the area for 7 yrs and its gone down from close to 5 star service to 1 star service. The wait is so long even when there's no queue in sight and the staff packing have absolutely no experience as there are so many errors with selection of the right products and making appropriate substitutions where applicable.
Less check outs for such a big store. Had to wait 30 minutes just to get a drink. Bullshit.
