I have now been served by Nancy in the Deli department at Woolworths Belmont on two occasions, and on both visits she provided outstanding customer service. Nancy is a genuinely lovely lady who clearly enjoys her job and takes great pride in engaging with customers. She was warm, friendly and attentive, and made my experience such a pleasure. It is wonderful to come across someone who is so passionate about providing great customer service. Nancy is a real asset to the team, and I look forward to my next visit. Thank you N... read more
It's a good store, but for the love of god please put more checkout operators on during the weekend. Damien is a nice checkout operator but moves at a snails pace. I don't want to spend 20 minutes waiting to leave the store.
Unsightly Woolworths trolleys abandoned all over Perth and a staff member has the cheek to tell me to put my trolley back! Presumably it's fine if I take it out of the shopping centre and abandon it on some side street but not if I leave it for a staff member to put away.
I shopped today at Woolworths Belmont WA and was served by Xavier at the Deli. This young man went above and beyond to help find products I needed with great product knowledge. He was friendly, patient. and represented Woolworths professionally and was enthusiastic about his work. Having young people in these roles that display these exceptional customer service qualities is a rare thing and much needed in our community. Very pleased with my shopping experience. Well done Xavier!
