For the first time ever, whilst going through the self service checkout, we were asked to provide our bags for inspection by a member of the staff by the name of Sophie. To note further, we were buying a few items, and not involved in shoplifting. Had a great experience in-store, helpful friendly staff, assisted me with my shopping. Shelves packed nicely and was able to find what I needed. Good quality and product available
