No self checkout, had to wait forever in the queue. That wasn’t convenient.
Reason why. They need self service checkouts. People want to be treated as customers and spoken to properly. That's why the self service option is popular.
The last few times I have been to Woolies, Ruby at the front check out has had exceptional customer service skills, she had great knowledge of the product location in the store, and made our day, with a smile and a thoughtful conversation. She truly deserves some recognition for her great work at Woolworths.
