Customer service is wildly inconsistent. Tonight I actually had the best shopping experience I had here for a long time. All the employees were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately that is not always the case, particularly the last time I attended when the checkout guy couldn't use his brain to work out not to shove all of my items into one bag when I had provided three.
