Used to be a great local Woolies a few years ago, but since the management change the store has really gone downhill. It’s now difficult to complete even simple tasks, and the overall environment feels neglected. The store is often messy and dirty, and the self-serve checkouts are full of grime in the gaps, which makes for a very unhygienic shopping experience.

Tonite a lady with a name badge with Martene on it showed what great customer service is. I asked her about a product that was on special but had sold out and was there any left out the back. She went and had a look, came back and informed me there was but it would take a litte while to move some pallets to get to it. Ten minutes later with product in hand she found me in another part of the shop. I really appreciated her going out of her way to help.
Probably one of the worst Woolworths stores I have shopped at. Popular items always put of stock and aisles always congested with staff filling shelves at the busiest times of the day. Woolworths bakery product are by far the worst quality of any of the major supermarkets.
