I had just finished my shopping but forgot to get Nurofen and I went back in just to ask them if I could grab it quickly but the staff member that was closing up was rude just saying sorry we’re closed talking over me. It was 5pm and the store had just closed. He could have at least listened and been pleasant about it. I normally do my shopping here but after this I won’t be returning.

At the moment there is a lot of changes in the car park so can't get in main entrance. Either go around the back where the round about is or in from Hamlin near the owl station.
BWS closed 45 mins , 6 to 6.45 ... I could see person at counter playing on his phone, asked if he could open up to serve.. said he couldn't. Maybe employ more people in bottle shop to keep it open during set hours. New parking is bad.. common occurrence with bottle shop being closed. Would give you minus 5 stars if I could!
I have to say….. besides the great staff at Woolies Ballajura….. their Home brand microwave meals are really delicious and value for money. I loved the Slow Cooked Lamb with mash potatoes and peas!! Yummmm . Their Sweet & Sour with Rice is fabulous and their Pasta selection is also very tasty!
