I am about done with this store. You are made to feel as if you are in the way when people are restocking or picking online orders. Despite the recent renos, self checkouts are terrible. Stock once again is disappearing and prices are still going up. Are they trying to recover the costs of the renos and soon to be 100 million fine for misleading customers. We needed IGA to take a hike and Coles to move in, just to wake this store up. They need more local competition to evoke some form of customer loyalty in the area. I live ... read more
Very good customer service and good prices and plenty of stock , a very good experience.
I’ve had to throw away so much meat due to it being completely off. As soon as I open the packaging the smell is enough to make anyone nauseous. Won’t be buying meat from here again. It’s clearly not fresh. Very disappointing after going here for many years.
